A teenager was arrested yesterday following an alleged stabbing in Pilton.
Emergency services were alerted to the incident on Ferry Road Drive just before 4pm yesterday afternoon.
An 18-year-old male was rushed to hospital with a wound to his back. Another teenager was arrested a short distance away on Ferry Road.
A large section of the street was cordoned off and a police search team were attended and carried out a details search of the area.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said “An 18-year-old male has been taken to hospital following a serious assault.
“A 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection with the incident.”
