Police are hunting three men after a man was robbed in West Pilton earlier today.
The man was unloading a van on West Pilton Rise just before 1pm when one of the men snatched his bag before the group ran off.
Officers swamped the area but were unable to find the culprits.
Its understood the man has been left ‘shaken up’ by this attack.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said “Around 12.50 pm on Thursday, 11 June, 2020 , three men approached a man who was unloading a van in West Pilton Rise, Edinburgh.
“One of the three men snatched a bag containing a wallet and personal items belonging to the van driver before running off with his two accomplices.
“Police officers searched the area but have not traced those responsible at this time.
“Enquiries continue.”
