Police have launched an investigation following a fire at a property in West Pilton Terrace last night.
Emergency services responded to the terraced house just after 9pm.
Thankfully no one was injured but the area was closed for hours.
Detectives and forensic officers were seen carrying out their investigation earlier today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.10pm on Friday, 21 July, 2023, officers received a report of a fire at a property on West Pilton Terrace, Edinburgh.
“There were no reported injuries.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
