Multi agency response to reports of person in water.
Coastguard Say:
05:40 – Paged to possible person in the water in the South Queensferry Area. RNLI Queensferry Lifeboat, Kinghorn Coastguard and Royal Navy Rescue 177 also mobilised to commence search. Fortunately person was located by Police on land just as first teams were arriving on the scene.
Always dial 999 for Coastguard if you or you see anyone in difficulty.
Never enter water under influence of alcohol.
