Edinburgh Council has published details of their Christmas and New Year bin collection dates.
There will be no bin collections on Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January.
If you use our kerbside collection service please put your bins out on Monday 28 December and Monday 4 January instead.
If you use our city centre red and blue box collection service please put your boxes out on Saturday 26 December and Saturday 2 January instead.
Please put your bin or boxes out by 6am on the first collection day. If we don’t pick up your bins or boxes please leave them out until they are collected.

Please note that there are no garden waste collections between 14 December and 10 January.
There will be no special uplifts from Thursday 24 December to Monday 4 January. This service will restart on Wednesday 6 January.
Waste and recycling collections may be subject to change in the event of severe weather.
