Yesterday saw a terrific response to local resident Sonia McCraw’s CPR & Defibrillator training conducted by Community Resuscitation Development Officers from the Scottish Ambulance, Bryan Finlay & Sam Grieve on behalf of the Jamie Skinner Foundation.
This was a very in-depth training with recognition of a heart attack -Use of CPR -a discussion on the functioning of the heart and the use of a Defibrillator all on the Agenda.
The centre prepared for the future by sending 3 representatives – Chairman – Vice Chair and young volunteer
In total 11 people learnt the life saving skills
